- We currently ship across India.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location,
- Order weight and volume, and
- The latest courier rates.
- We are currently working on setting standardized rates and appreciate your patience during this phase.
Note: Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your package in real-time
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
- If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect shipping address,
- Multiple failed delivery attempts, or
- Refusal to accept the package,
Then we will:
- Reship the order (shipping charges applicable), or Refund the order amount excluding shipping fee
Package Unboxing
- To ensure claim validity for returns or damage, customers are required to record an unboxing video clearly showing the outer package, product opening, and any visible issues.
