If the product you receive is in poor condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.
We kindly request you to take a clear unboxing video along with 2 photographs of the package and share them with us at info@bricella.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we review and verify the evidence, we will arrange to send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Return, Exchange & Cancellation
- You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged in transit or the wrong item is received.
- In such valid cases, Bricella will bear all shipping charges.
Ineligibility:
- If the item is used, altered, or not in its original condition, the return or exchange request will be declined.
- We also reserve the right to reject refund claims if the product received is undamaged and matches your original order, or if the return reason appears to be false or misrepresented.
Refund Timeline:
- Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
Proof of Purchase:
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email, invoice, or message
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are only accepted if requested before the order is dispatched or shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances. - Products purchased during special sales, festival offers, or limited-time promotions are not eligible for cancellation.
- If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, a 2% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, both-way shipping charges along with the 2% gateway fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

Return Authorization:
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number / Return ID and detailed instructions for sending the item back. -
Secure Packaging:
Pack the item carefully in its original packaging along with all tags, and clearly mention the RMA number / Return ID on the package. -
